CNX Pole is Chiang Mai’s first pole dance studio, proudly serving the community since 2018. We are dedicated to teaching with understanding, patience, and a gentle approach, helping students develop their skills, gain confidence, and build strength safely and progressively.

Our studio offers group classes, private training, and self-practice sessions to suit every schedule and learning style. At CNX Pole, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with pole dancers from around the world and become part of a warm, supportive community.
